For questions related to your order, all communications must be made via e-mail. Our sales staff does not have any knowledge of orders placed online, nor can they obtain that information. Simply email us at onlinesales@scpracingparts.com with your question or requests and we will respond to you in a timely fashion. Any e-mail sent past 6 PM CST will not be responded to until the following business day (on Fridays, they won't be responded to until Monday)

Warranty:
All parts sold and labor performed by SCP Performance Parts Warehouse is intended for RACING PURPOSES ONLY!! There is NO WARRANTY expressed or implied to purchaser by SCP Performance Parts Warehouse. Any warranty claims are to be handled directly with the manufacturer and solely at their discretion. Purchaser also acknowledges that due to differing conditions and circumstancesunder which parts and equipment are installed that suitability of the items purchased rest solely on the purchaser.
Return Policy:
SCP Performance Parts Warehouse will not accept any returns without prior authorization. Please call us during our normal business hours (9 am to 6 pm CST Monday thru Thursday and 9am to 5pm CST on Friday) for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All merchandise must be in unused perfect condition in the original unaltered packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be sent via UPS and be prepaid (customer responsible for return shipping). This is the only accepted method for returning merchandise. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping:
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States as well as Alaska & Hawaii only. We do not ship to Canada or any points outside the United States.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. We will email you your tracking number at the end of the business day it is shipped.
UPS will *not* deliver to a P.O. Box...please provide a business or street address that is not a P.O. Box!
All orders placed at SCP Performance Parts Warehouse will be sent via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Charges will be based on the UPS Zone and Shipping Weight. Charges for handling, COD’s, oversized packages, and insurance will be added to all orders. UPS 3-Day Ground, Second Day Air-Blue Label, Next Day Air-Red Label, and Saturday delivery are available at additional charges. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM CST to insure same day shipping. Some products are too large to ship via UPS and may require truck shipment. You will be notified if your products require truck shipment.
If you have any questions regarding the items that you are purchasing, please call our sales desk for assistance 1-636-677-1320. Please do not assume that we know your track rules or that we know what type of car you are driving. We will not guess at any orders.
Payment:
Payment may be made with Visa, Master Card or Discover. COD orders will require a certified check unless approved by management.
In order to promptly process your order, please provide us with the correct billing information for the credit card you are using. Please provide the name as it appears on the credit card as well as the billing address for that card. Should there be a P.O. Box and Street address, please submit both addresses. Failure to provide the correct information will result in a delay in shipping your order. You will be contacted via telephone for additional information if we can not confirm security information. We apologize for this inconvenience but this measure is taken to ensure that no card used at SCP Performance Parts Warehouse is stolen.
Pricing:
All prices listed on SCPracingparts.com are updated on a regular basis. We try to ensure that our prices are as accurate as they would be if you phoned in your order. We apologize for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them. If an item has been priced incorrectly, you will be notified immediately of the error via email.
Due to manufacturers price increases and other circumstances beyond our control all prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax:
SCP Performance Parts Warehouse charges sales tax to Missouri residents. Our current rate is 5.85%, which is the lowest in the state.
Availability:
We try to maintain all of our products in stock at all times, but there are times that we are out of stock on a certain item or has even been discontinued. We will make every effort to contact you via email if the items you have ordered are out of stock but the rest of your order will be processed. It will be your responsibility to reorder these items. We will try to provide you with an estimated time of arrival on these products if we have one available to us.
Please note: we will send partial shipments if we have part of your order in stock.
Some of our out of stock items can be drop shipped from the manufacturer directly. This may result in some extra transit time and additional shipping fees. We apologize for this inconvenience. We will not back order any item.

The personal information you are asked for at the time of ordering is used to process your order, confirm shipping and billing addresses and will be used on the invoice. Phone numbers are used as a point of contact should a problem arise in the billing portion of your order. It is considered confidential and will not be shared, loaned, rented, leased, published, traded, bartered, or sold to outside organizations. SCPracingparts.com uses your information strictly for our business to assist you in your current or future purchases or in analyzing sales trends. No customer data is stored on servers that are accessible to the internet.
